Example

Say that at the current candle Span A is at $52.00 and Span B at $49.00, so the cloud is green and $3.00 thick. A price of $54.00 sits above it, read as an uptrend, while a price of $50.50 is inside it, read as no clear trend. Both spans are plotted 26 candles ahead, so the cloud under today’s candle was calculated 26 candles ago.
