Privacy Policy
Last updated October 16, 2026
This website is a product page. It has no accounts, no sign-in and no advertising trackers. This policy explains the little data involved.
Data we collect on this website
None that identifies you. The site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard technical request data, such as IP address and browser type, to deliver and protect the site.
We count page visits on our own server as anonymous totals: the page, the day, the country and the site you came from. No cookie, IP address or browser fingerprint is stored for this.
Payments and access
Checkout happens on Whop. Whop collects your payment details, email address and the TradingView username you enter to claim access, and shares with us what we need to provide and support your purchase (for example your email, plan and TradingView username). We never see your full card number.
Your TradingView username is used only to grant and remove access to the indicator.
If you write to support@uptickflow.com, we keep the conversation to answer you and to handle refunds or account questions.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing support@uptickflow.com. Payment records may need to be kept for legal and tax reasons.
