These terms govern your purchase and use of UpTickFlow, an indicator for the TradingView platform. By buying you agree to them.
What you get
A personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable lifetime licence to use the UpTickFlow indicator on TradingView, including every update we publish. Lifetime means for as long as we publish UpTickFlow on TradingView; you pay once and nothing renews.
Access is granted as an invite-only script to the single TradingView username you provide. You may not share, resell, sublicense or redistribute access, signals or the indicator's output as a service to others.
Price and payment
Purchases are sold and billed by Whop, our payment and membership provider. Whop's own terms also apply to the payment.
The UpTickFlow indicator is one payment of $19, with lifetime access and no renewal. The bundle — the indicator plus The UpTickFlow Strategy book — is one payment of $86.
Prices are in US dollars. Taxes may be added at checkout depending on your location.
Nothing renews
There is no subscription, so there is nothing to renew or cancel. If you joined the earlier monthly plan, you can cancel it from your Whop account; access then continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Not investment advice
UpTickFlow is an analysis tool. Nothing it shows — signals, grades, levels, zones, plans or simulated statistics — is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument. You alone are responsible for your trading decisions.
Simulated performance
The indicator's results table shows simulated (hypothetical) results calculated on historical bars. Simulated results have inherent limitations, do not represent actual trading and may differ materially from results you would obtain.
Availability and changes
We may update, improve or change the indicator. It depends on TradingView, which we do not control; we are not responsible for TradingView outages, data issues or changes to its platform.
We may suspend access that is shared, resold or used in breach of these terms.
Liability
The indicator is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses or for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.
